Your rowing data is everywhere.
Your fitness profile shouldn’t be.
Upload your Concept2, Garmin and CSV files. Baseline turns them into one private report showing rowing progress, endurance trends and what to watch next.

Baseline reads five things
Rowing is deepest. Others are honest about what they cannot rank yet.Your row is in one place. Your heart rate is in another.
A 2k on the erg lives on Concept2. Your heart-rate curve for that same piece is on Garmin. Your Sunday long ride is on Strava. Your weight is on a scale app. None of them talk to each other, and none of them tell you what’s actually changing.
Baseline is the layer above your existing tools. Export your files, upload them, and get one joined-up report.
How Baseline works
Export your files
We show you how to export from Concept2, Garmin and more. FIT, TCX or CSV — Baseline reads what you have.
Upload them privately
Files land in your private workspace. Nothing is shared. You can delete raw files after processing.
Get one clear report
Rowing volume, splits, watts, HR, benchmarks and body-metric trends — with confidence and caveats on every number.
Supported sources
We’re building parser support in this order. Every source shows exactly where it stands — we won’t claim support before it’s real.

What a Baseline Report looks like
One private page (and a PDF) showing your rowing volume, split trend, watts, HR trend, benchmark tracker, body-metric summary and a plain-English write-up of what the data says.

Every number in a Baseline Report carries a confidence tag and a note about what data it came from. No black boxes.
If you row on a Concept2, Baseline is for you.
We speak splits, watts, stroke rate and 2k benchmarks natively. Running and cycling activities are picked up too, as part of the same endurance picture — but we lead with rowing on purpose.
- Benchmark tracker: 500m, 1k, 2k, 5k, 6k, 10k, 30 min, 60 min.
- Split, watts and stroke-rate trends across your Concept2 history.
- HR context from Garmin when your workouts were paired.
- Duplicate detection so a session on both Concept2 and Garmin doesn’t double-count.
Your data is yours
Baseline is a private workspace for your own data. We don’t sell it, we don’t share it with advertisers, and we don’t use it to train public AI models.
The AI layer only ever sees structured metric summaries — it doesn’t process your raw files. You can delete your raw files after your report is generated, and you can delete your account and data at any time.
Baseline is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. If a number looks concerning, speak to a qualified clinician.

Frequently asked
- What does the first Baseline Report actually include?
- Uploaded sources, data-quality summary, duplicate detection summary, rowing volume, pace/split trend, watts and stroke rate where available, HR trend, benchmark tracker across 500m–60 min, cross-training summary, body-metric summary if available, a plain-English write-up, and caveats on every number.
- How much will it cost?
- The first Baseline Rowing Reports will be £19 during the beta, moving to £29 as the standard price. There is no subscription at MVP — you pay once for a report.
- Do I have to connect my Garmin or Concept2 accounts?
- No. Baseline is file-upload-first by design. You export files from the apps you already use and upload them. Direct integrations may come later, only where they add real value.
- Can I upload Strava exports?
- Not in the MVP. Strava's API Policy (effective 1 June 2026) restricts how Strava Data can be used in analytics and AI applications and how it may be combined with other data — so we're keeping Strava as a guide only for now. If your workout is also on Garmin or Concept2, upload the original file from there.
- What files do you actually support today?
- During the beta we're focused on Concept2 CSV, Garmin FIT/TCX and generic CSV. Other sources are guides only until their parsers ship.
- Is this medical advice?
- No. Baseline is not a medical device. It helps you see trends in fitness data you've chosen to upload. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition.
- What happens to my data if I stop using Baseline?
- You can export your normalised data as JSON, delete your raw files, and delete your account and all associated data. Deletions are permanent.
